Rhode Island faces a unique opportunity to prepare for the impacts of climate change in vulnerable areas. The Infrastructure Bank recognizes the need to support resilience efforts across the state, administering the Municipal Resilience Program (MRP) and the Stormwater Project Accelerator (SPA). These programs help municipalities, non-profits, and utilities increase community resilience in line with the state’s Resilient Rhody initiative.
