Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank - Notice of Nondiscrimination

The Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank (the Bank) operates its programs, services, and activities without discriminating on the basis of race, religion, creed, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), ancestry, place of birth, disability, age, marital status, sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity. 40 C.F.R. pt. 7, et seq., in which the United States Environmental Protection Agency implements the above listed acts and implementing regulations.

The Bank also provides meaningful access to its programs, services, and activities to individuals with limited English proficiency, in compliance with US Environmental Protection Agency policy and Federal Executive Order 13166.
