The Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank (the “Bank”), in collaboration with the Rhode Island Division of Statewide Planning (the “RIDSP”), is soliciting proposals for a qualified firm to provide technical services for review of municipal ordinances and other planning instruments in the Town of Narragansett to increase resilience against the effects of climate change, particularly those related to flooding due to sea level rise and increased intensity of storm events, increased temperatures, increased precipitation frequency/intensity and associated flooding, high winds associated with increased storm events, and periods of extreme and extended cold.
