RFP: On-Call Services for Resilience and Stormwater Technical Review and Inspections

The Bank is seeking consulting services for project technical review for a range of programs, including
but not limited to the Municipal Resilience Program (MRP), the Stormwater Project Accelerator (SPA),
the Municipal Infrastructure Grant Program (MIGP), Rhode Island’s Sewer Overflow and Stormwater
Reuse (OSG) Program, Community Project Assistance Fund (CPAF), and the Resilient Rhody
Infrastructure Fund (RRIF).
