The Executive Director of Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank (“RIIB” or “Bank”) proposes the adoption of the State Fiscal Year 2025 IUP, which includes the Revised DWSRF Affordability/Disadvantaged Criteria, to apply for all funds made available by the State of Rhode Island’s award of the FFY 2024 Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Base, General Supplemental, Lead Service Line Replacement and Emerging Contaminants Capitalization Grants authorized under the Safe Drinking Water Act Amendments of 1996 and Bipartisan Infrastructure Law..
