On behalf of the team at the Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank, I want to thank the more than 170 speakers and guests who joined us on October 15th for our Navigating Change With Purpose seminar. It was a great morning filled with panels on resilience, case studies, upcoming funding opportunities, regional trends, and a keynote conversation with former Acting Secretary of Homeland Security and FEMA Administrator Pete Gaynor.
One of the best ways to describe the Infrastructure Bank’s impact is through our “Don’t Tell Me, Show Me” approach, which highlighted client case studies as a central focus of the seminar. These sessions clearly illustrate how RIIB can support clients to proactively address challenges and successfully overcome obstacles with innovative solutions. In case you missed any of the panels, here are links to the case studies presented:
- Back to Basics – Delivering Water and Sewer Solutions that Last
- The 2026 Funding Forecast – Opportunities You Should Be Tracking
- Big Impact Small Town – Infrastructure Wins in Rural Rhode Island
- Mid-Size Momentum – Resilience & Revitalization in Regional Hubs
Thank you once again for attending. If any of our panels or speakers sparked questions about our programs or ideas for new projects, please don’t hesitate to reach out. In a time of constrained budgets, disappearing grant opportunities, and shifting policy priorities, Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank has both the resources and technical guidance to help you move projects from idea to completion.
Sincerely,
Bill Fazioli
Executive Director
