PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank, the state’s central hub for financing infrastructure improvements for municipalities, businesses, and homeowners, today announced that Eileen Rose has been named the Bank’s new Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.

“Eileen brings more than 30 years of experience as a certified public accountant, certified internal auditor, and IT systems expert to the table, and we’re thrilled to have her join the Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank team as our new CFO/COO,” said Jeffrey R. Diehl, Executive Director and CEO of the Infrastructure Bank. “Her deep financial and operational experience will be a tremendous asset as the Infrastructure Bank ramps up our below market rate lending and grant programs thanks to a nearly $500 million influx of federal funding from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.”
