6. *Review and consideration of a loan for the Lincoln Water Commission in an amount up to $5 million from the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund
7. *Review and consideration of a loan for the City of Pawtucket in an amount up to $3,000,000 from the Municipal Road & Bridge Revolving Fund
