RFP – Income Survey Administration Services

Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank (the “Bank”) is soliciting proposals from firms to act as the Bank’s income survey administrator for designated Rhode Island Small Water systems. The selected firm(s) will serve in such capacity on as needed basis for the duration of a two-year contract subject to the Bank’s General Terms included in Exhibit A and as negotiated by the Bank and the selected firm(s).
