Notice of Solicitations: Affordable Housing Development and Municipal Matching Funds

On or about September 27, 2023, Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank (“Bank”) will issue two Requests for Proposals (“RFP”) for its Municipal Infrastructure Grant Program.  Each RFP will target a specific project type. The first RFP will be for site-related infrastructure for affordable housing development projects.  The second will be for matching funds for municipalities applying to the federal government for projects funded by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.  The RFPs will contain additional information about the application and selection process.  

The Bank intends to hold an information session on both RFPs for interested municipalities in early September.  The date of this information session will be announced in the coming weeks.
