This is a remote/virtual meeting held in accordance with Governor Gina Raimondo’s EXECUTIVE ORDER 20-46, issued June 12, 2020, FORTY-SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL EMERGENCY DECLARATION - PUBLIC MEETINGS AND PUBLIC RECORDS REQUESTS,, and extended by EXECUTIVE ORDER 20-53, issued July 10, 2020, FORTY-EIGHTH SUPPLEMENTAL EMERGENCY DECLARATION – EXTENSION OF EXECUTIVE ORDERS, as may be renewed, modified or terminated by subsequent Executive Order.

B.Public comment will be open at the beginning of the meeting, as announced by the Chair.

1.*Review and consideration of the minutes from the June 15, 2020 meeting of the Board.
2.Executive Director’s Report.
3.*Review and consideration of financial statements – as of and for the period ending June 30,2020.
4.*Review and consideration of a loan request from the Town of Glocester in an amount up to $500,000 from the Community Septic System Loan Program (CSSLP).
5.*Review and consideration of a loan request from the Town of Situate in an amount up to $300,000 from the CSSLP.
6. *Review and consideration of a loan request from the Town of Cumberland in an amount up to $2.5 million from the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF).
7. *Review and consideration of a loan amendment request from the Four Seasons Mobile Home Cooperative Association in an amount up to $10,500 from the DWSRF.
