R.I. Infrastructure Bank Announces Panels for 3rd Annual Infrastructure Summit

 

PROVIDENCE - The Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank announces panels for their third annual Infrastructure Summit happening on September 26th. The Summit brings together hundreds of public and private sector professionals to tackle state and local infrastructure needs, discuss innovative solutions, and connect with project partners. Keynote addresses for the summit will be provided by Brown University President, Christina Paxson and former U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Henry Cisneros. 

 

Following opening remarks, participants will turn to breakout sessions where they will have an opportunity to discuss various approaches to problems surrounding infrastructure projects. The topics for each session are as follows:

The event will conclude with a plenary discussion focused on infrastructure resiliency (“Resilient Infrastructure, the Final Frontier”). Panelists Dr. Louis Gritzo, of FM Global, Elle Hempen, of The Atlas, and Robert Zarnetske, Town Manager of South Kingstown will participate.
