RI Infrastructure Bank Hosts C-PACE Project Site Tour of Westerly Solar Array

 

Providence, RI – Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank and Greenworks Lending will host a C-PACE project tour at Westerly-based manufacturing company, US Extruders on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at 10:00 AM. US Extruders utilized the Infrastructure Bank’s RI C-PACE program to finance the installation of a 140kW solar array, which will power their operations – a 46,000 sq. foot industrial facility, as well as two other tenants, also manufacturing companies, ProSystems Integration and ERSA.

 

The property tour and brief remarks will highlight the offerings and benefits of the C-PACE program and the shared successes for legislators, capital providers, and most importantly commercial property owners.
