Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) is an innovative financing program for energy efficiency and renewable energy projects in commercial and industrial properties. C-PACE is sponsored and administered by the Bank.

Are there eligibility requirements?

ELIGIBILITY OVERVIEW

Project types that are eligible for 100% C-PACE financing include:

  • Energy efficiency
  • Renewable energy
  • Water conservation
  • Alternative fuel infrastructure (i.e., electric car charging stations)
  • Environmental health and safety projects (i.e., asbestos or lead abatement)

Commercial and industrial properties that are eligible for C-PACE financing include:

  • Office buildings
  • Manufacturing facilities
  • Agricultural
  • Non-profit
  • Multifamily (5+ units)
