Providence Joins Growing List of Municipalities Opting-In to C-PACE Program

PROVIDENCE, RI – Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank (the “Bank”) today announced that the City of Providence is the latest municipality choosing to participate in the Bank’s Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (RI C-PACE) program. Providence is the 14th municipality to opt-in to the rapidly growing program since its launch in May 2016.

 

R.I. Infrastructure Bank Announces Financing for First R.I. C-PACE Projects

Funding Provides Major Cost, Energy Savings for R.I. Business

 

PROVIDENCE, RI – Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank (RIIB) today announced that the first two Rhode Island Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (RI C-PACE) projects have received financing.  RI C-PACE provides financing for clean energy projects that lead to significant cost and energy savings for commercial and industrial property owners.

 

Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank Debt Refinancing Saves Borrowers $5.9 Million

PROVIDENCE, RI – Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank (RIIB) today announced that it has successfully refinanced outstanding debt that will save four borrowers $5.9 million in future debt service. The recently-completed debt refinancing is part of a strategic effort by the Bank to take advantage of low interest rates and provide financial savings to customers.

 

R.I. Infrastructure Bank Approves Septic System Repair Funding for Portsmouth

PROVIDENCE, RI – Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank (RIIB) today announced that it has approved a second round of funding that will allow the Town of Portsmouth to support loans to residents for septic system repairs and cesspool remediation. The funding comes by way of RIIB's Community Septic System Loan Program (CSSLP), which provides low-interest financing to homeowners for the repair or replacement of substandard septic systems or the replacement of cesspools with septic systems.
